State Parking Permit for People with Disabilities
(PPPD) blue hang tag has either expired or will expire
soon. The expiration date is listed on your permit
and can also be found on the page to follow.
Any person who has been issued a disability parking
permit who abuses any privilege, benefit, precedence,
or consideration arising from possession of the permit,
may have it revoked.
The following requirements must be met by the applicant
(the person with a disability) to renew a State Parking
Permit for People with Disabilities (PPPD).
own a New York State Issued Driver's
License or New York State Issued
Non-Driver's ID. Both are available from the New
York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Call
